New Grill House In Town!!

Another week just blown past, seems like time is catching up on us.. Time moves faster when we'r in a rush or doing fun stuff, but you'll always see it crawl right under your nose when your in lectures/work *dislike. A super hot sunday as usual, decided to make the best out of it by sweating it out with my exceptionally lazy gf..
When for a session of badminton with Gee & some of her close friends, came across this very racist sign :
No Black Shoes

It got me thinking,
What if my badminton shoes are black??
So next time if your getting any shoes better think twice on the color that you choose..

Grill, charcoal, chicken wings.. what do they have in common?! This looks like a session of barbecue, the wholesome tasty-ness of flame grilled poultry and some burnt pineapples just makes my mouth water thinking about it. Weather was so friendly that it gave us a totally dry day.. 6 p.m struck, me as usual the forced "Fire - Starter" for the grill, got the party started.

Being blessed to be in the 21st century, with all the modern stuff around me. Utilize it people, raise fire the 21st century way!! With the use of modern technology, we no longer need to use old fashion method to raise fire ie. fan it, blow it~ *I'm sure after this post, Satay sellers will be using my method too Took me only few minutes to get it started..."Let There Be Fire ! "
Main Grill

With the existence of fire, the kitchen is ready and Chef Yee is open for business. Brought all the raw food out and on to the grill, next destination....My stomach!!

Chef Lee on the Baby Grill

With the participation of my sidekick - Chef Lee, everybody was lining up placing their orders to have a go at what's cooking! With Chef Yee & Chef Lee behind the stove, every food that comes off the stove is "Grilled To Perfection" It's a code that we both practice every time we barbecue.
With great fire control skill, you know there will be no uncooked food served on your plate.. So eat with peace and enjoy your smoked food, you'll be beggin' for more chicken wings after the 1st piece.
