What may appear to be just plain numbers on a piece of sheet with 12 months, might be an anniversary for certain couples, might be a day where one gets a promotion in their career, might be a grieving day that a loved one leaving due to sickness or diseases, but for the rest of the billions of people in the world I would be just another ordinary day. Spent this day at a newly opened cafe in Kota Kemuning called Dotz Cafe, situated right behind the overrated Chatime.

This place was so chillin' that when you step into the shop it just makes you operate in "Chill Mode", I'm sure if you were my loyal readers you would already know the term of "Chill Mode" *If you do not know, do check all my older post 

The 2 person that I hung-out with the entire day in the cafe, our so-called "stoning session" is totally LEGAL as it did not involve/consist the presence of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) thus we are basically am super alert throughout.

I know the title might be a lil' skeptical and got you thinking what does "J.L" stands for.. Could be Jennifer Lopez, might've been Jude Law, would've been Jeremy Lin. But that is not the main purpose of this blog, the real reason, the only reason of this particular post is to show gratitude towards my players that trained under me.

With the ongoing tourney, everyone is busy polishing up their individual skills during ball practice and also giving their all in matches. Though a few set-backs from the few loses did break our spirit a lil' but I am sure this could be a really good experience for a young team. I as a coaching staff, I will always standby my players be it at their downfall or highest triumph *even-though I moan & grunt like a bitch during matches. 1 Team, 1 Spirit.

14th Feb

A day which is hyped up as usual every single year, the day where couples show their affection for one another. But that shouldn't be the case, love & affection should be shown throughout the relationship. Because when we are in love, everyday would be Valentines.

So what is Valentines all about, in my opinion it's the only day you'd see a man does his shopping with a checklist! Never in your life on this earth will you see a man does his shopping with such detail. So ladies, if your complaining about satisfactory.. Your a dumb girl.

A day of selecting the right box of chocolates, softest and comfy plush toys, overpriced flowers just to put a  smile on the face of the ones they love. Oh yea, not forgetting.. Hand made Vday cards! The only time you'd see a male doing art-craft till the middle of the night as well.. Now... that is RARE~

For my Valentines, it was pretty norm.. Not that I didn't have the mood to celebrate it but just felt that I treat my girl to the best things there is on normal days that I eventually ran out of ideas of what is good anymore. But still.. that doesn't rule as an excuse to not celebrate Vday.

Dayuumm~ Let me tell you, the Mushroom Soup that is being served is #Fawesome! Best mushroom soup I've tasted so far, top if off with wheat bread on the side just a tremendous combo for starters.

Ordered my favorite Carbonara as the main course. My dream is to able to cook a plate of Carbonara that taste just like this for my wife in future, don't give me that face! I will make it possible~ Who knows, by than I might open up my very own Italiannies. #JustSaying

Head off to Subang Parade for our routine Ice-cream session every Tuesday. See, told'ya we do this all the time. Just so you know every Tuesday is EARTHQUAKE DAY! What is that? It's 8 scoops of ice-cream + 8 types of toppings (strawberries, blueberries, caramel, choco lava, etc.) to satisfy your sweet tooth. Screw Baskin Robbin's Pink Day. Why pay for just 2 scoops of ice-cream when you can have 8?

Well according to the staff, it's Vday so they scrapped of the Earthquake promo for that day. Sigh~ But still, nothing can stop us from having ice-cream on Tuesday so we settled in with an order of Sticky Chewy Chocolate. Well, that pretty much sums up my Vday post, see ya'll around. Cheers~

Time Flies

Only when you are having fun, if not.. Time will move slower than a pail of water being evaporated*kidding. It's been months since I drop my last post here, my procrastination level had greatly increased that it is almost criminal.

This is what I got for dragging my post. Well here's my story to it, I was sitting for my finals and once it's done all I wanna do is just slack like a pure lazy bum. I remembered once finals was over, Chillax Mode ON!

Well since I've started writing, expect a couple more posts coming in..Cause that's just how roll all the time, once I start writing I can't stop. Once I stop, takes me million joules of energy to start typing off again.        

Once In A 100 Years

Just the other day got stuck in a jam.. and Band Perry was playing on the radio,
             "If I die young, ... "
It got me thinking, why would anyone even anticipate to die young? Now wouldn't that contradict the quote of "Live Life Everyday Like It Was Your Last" ? To add things, the song's verse continued with

Well since it's a sharp knife, why not find ways to make it blunt? I guess what the message was that time is catching up with us, time is money. Not wasting time away means you get richer by the minute, be it in monetary form or even company of your loved ones.

The date where the whole world was looking forward to, NO I'm not talking about the BORING release of Immortals. On this auspicious date, people are told to make a wish at exactly 1111hrs, as it could come true *as if I were still a kid to believe that crap* But this is my main highlight of this post..

Humans are so blinded with material these days that it's crazy, we tend to care less about others. There's a reason why we can multiply, so that we could help each other when in times of need. Just the other day @ Curve, a beggar was asking for food from this well doing lady (Gucci bag, Burberry heels, etc you get the pic) and she refused to donate even few dollars to him. Hello?!! Your so "rich" sipping Starbucks, but can't even contribute few dollars that could be his lunch & dinner add up? This is what I call,

I totally despise people who falls in this category, and I seriously think you should look in the mirror. Reflect, ask yourself "What am I without all these materials?" Keyword : Humility~

Caught this movie the other day with my bee, In Time. It's a really nice movie in my opinion, I'd recommend any of my friends to go watch it. Just imagine a life where everything is charged using time, banks who stores your minutes, bus rides which cost hours, cars which cost years! People will rob you for time, not money. Pretty cool isn't it. But it sure ain't cool when your clock has few seconds left to run..

Some people in this world, take the word Sexy to a whole different type of definition. Though it bears the meaning of sexually interesting or exciting; radiating sexuality. But what if we take make-ups & fancy clothes away? Would you still feel sexy as you were with them on?

Why is make-up so important? Do you know that the annual revenue of M.A.C Cosmetics is $6.5 billion USD! That's like RM 20.4 billion, you could bring India out of poverty with that amount of money. And we often refuse to donate (as little as RM0.50) to the homeless or needy because we do not know it's legit or not~ That's ignorance and made up excuses.. Willing to spend hundreds of dollars just to buy something to make your lashes curl, what good will that make? If a guy likes you just because you look good with make-up, I'd suggest you to move on ladies~

To me these are just mind tricks from the media, hyped to makes us think what's on tv is the best or coolest thing to look like or own..It's also known as "Product Placement".

I know that they are the pioneer trend setters, but why do we wanna follow the life style of a country that is so self centered and always thinks that they are the best? They have technology, give them props. But ethically, we should be their role model in terms of culture & moral.. Take a second to think about it, make your money worth!
